We had an opportunity to work with Ann in May/June of 2008.  She was referred to us by some friends and we in turn referred her to two more different home buyers, if that tells you anything about our experience with her!  One of my favorite things about working with Ann was the attention to detail she displayed in a completely unobtrusive manner.  I was pretty high maintenance about what I was looking for and she really went out of her way to accommodate my tastes and needs.  When it came to the actual house hunt she was diligent in sending us what we were looking for.  She also showed us other options that we hadn't thought about. She really went out of her way to make sure we were happy!  We couldn't be happier with our home, unfortunately we may have to relocate soon.  If that happens I would feel completely confident that Ann would do everything she can to sell our house quickly and painlessly (isn't that what we all want??).

Ann Davis was my realtor when I purchased my first home in 2007. I had the previous year worked with another individual and just felt that my needs were not being met and the following year got connected with Ann. She was terrific; I could not have imagined a better fit.
 
We looked for several months for the "perfect" house and Ann was so patient with me. She began to really understand my preferences, wants and needs for my home. We walked into a few homes; she would step in and say, "You're not going to like it." She was right, YUCK. 
 
The home that I ended up purchasing was outside of the area that I wanted to buy, but she called and said, "I know this is farther than where you wanted to be, but I think this house is you." She was absolutely right; I fell in love with it and have been there for 2.5 years.  
 
Besides understanding me as a buyer, she was great with all of the paperwork: designing the bid, counter offering and taking me step by step thru the whole (confusing) process. She reduced my stress load significantly. My friends were very impressed after I purchased my home with the amount of knowledge I had gained from the little time I spent with Ann. She truly made the experience memorable and a positive one.
 
I have already recommended her to family and friends and will continue to do so. I myself, when the time comes to sell my home will first think of Ann.

If I were to describe the experience with you as a Realtor I would say both Tracey and I were very very pleased.  We believe you were very honest, professional and patient with us and the market.  You were tenacious to find us a place in an area we loved, as well as the style we wanted.  You asked many questions to help us, as well as you, determine exactly what we wanted in our new place. You never pushed us to buy beyond what we wanted or could afford.  Also, when asking the questions you gave unbiased information to help us determine a fair market price for our Cornelius house.  When we decided we needed to drop the price you again offered unbiased information and didn't pressure us to drop our price beyond what we felt comfortable.  You made the experience a lot less stressful and we felt you really cared about us and not just as a "sale".....even when the market wasn't the best!!!  If or when we decide to sell/buy again we will definitely call you.
